When to go. What to wear. Insider tips you should know. These are the things that make for a stress-free and memorable trip to the tournament in Augusta.
Every April, The 1018 Club hosts hundreds of guests, and we see part of our hospitality service as being your go-to guide for all things golf, as well as your home base for fine cuisine, drink, entertainment and the creature comforts that make us the number one choice on the green.
Consider The 1018 Club staff as your personal concierge every day that you’re our guest.
On average, temperatures during the Tournament range from lows in the 50s to highs in the 80s. Wearing a hat, cool layered clothing and sunscreen will keep you comfortable.
Appropriate clothing and shoes should be worn at all times. After all, you don’t attend the Tournament looking like you’re going to the golf driving range.
Facilities for the physically impaired are provided. For the safety of all, it is suggested wheelchairs or similar transport use the hard surfaced roads and flat observation areas as much as possible. The grass is often damp and becomes very slippery on sloped areas. Those accompanying a physically impaired spectator must also carry proper credentials.
These devices are strictly prohibited on the grounds at all times. Cameras are strictly prohibited on tournament days. Violation of these policies will subject the ticket holder to removal from the grounds and the ticket purchaser to the permanent loss of credentials. Why risk it? Leave them in your secure locker back at The 1018 Club.
